My complaint:
Despite the claim that there’s a complete deep clean between lettings, our Cuckoo chalet was filthy, badly maintained, and distinctly smelling of dogs. We only stayed one night of seven booked. We complained at reception and followed up with emails.
Despite sending the company photos, and listing a series of faults, the company asserts that their inspection found no case to answer.
