My complaint:
I booked a holiday at Ty Mawr for Sept 28th but unfortunately had to cancel
the break because we are in a Lockdown area Caerphilly Council Borough due to an increase in Covid 19 infections. I rang customer services on Sept 25th to inform them and was told that i would get a £14.00 refund. I gave the lady that i spoke to my bank details but have still not received anything. She also told my to contact the Sun newspaper so that i could get a refund of £38.00 on to my Sunsavers account. Is there any reason why i haven’t as yet received anything.
Suggested solution:
Give me my refund asap
