My complaint:
I have just returned from a 3 day break at your Warmwell Holiday Park booked in for 2nd October to 5th October 2020.
Due to the state of the accommodation I decided to leave a day early and handed the keys to lodge 115 back to reception yesterday morning.
The general appearance of the lodge was tired and dirty. I had to empty the kettle of black scale build up before I could use it. The lodge smelt and felt damp. Despite the new measures employed to minimise contact when arriving, I drove to the lodge and entered as it was open but was not left any keys to lock up so had to visit the reception area anyway to collect the keys which defeated the object of a contactless check in.
I have stayed at Warmwell many times over the last 5 years and this unfortunately was a very disappointing experience.
