My complaint:
Arrived to our lodge which we were told was a lovely lodge.
Not quite the lodge we expected on arrival.
We texted to the sign put up in lodge no reply to issues we had. Left message on phone at reception as we could never get hold of anyone. With toddlers the issues we had were not acceptable. The lodge had definitely not been Covid cleaned or maintained in anyway. It was in need of repair and clean. We had to clean on arrival. We had broken veranda dangerous for toddlers and small dogs legs. Outside lights stuffed with tissue as not working, tv not working, shower leaking and constantly running not able to turn off. Sink not emptying, radiator cover side broken, cobwebs in windows, broken blinds unable to shut, the list is endless.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund of at least half our money. This lodge was not worth £220 per night,
