My complaint:
My son went to turn on his TV and the wire had been damaged and was connected by 2 live wires and was plugged in my son nearly grabbed the wire if he did it would of executed him or started a fire. Not only that I came to the caravan and it was filthy when told it had been cleaned
Suggested solution:
I would life compensation or refund as this is very dangerous
