My complaint:
I booked a holiday with this company was told on booking would b a gate on veranda as we have 2 puppy coco dogs also a disabled son no gate on rang them as soon as we arrived went in on Saturday no joy was told nothing they could do was told they would try listen to booking record on phone a month on no further on was told would b resolved 2 day heard nothing discussing customer service !
Suggested solution:
I would like the cost of the 2 dogs refunded as we could not let them out also compensation 4 my din as he also could not go out as no gate on and he Ron’s away we would NOT have booked this caravan without a gate
