My complaint:
Hi we took out holiday insurance through PARKDEAN we had to cancel due to a death in the family which they accepted and said refund would be sorted out for us to th value of £500
This was approx month ago.I have tried to contact them on many different phone lines to which no answer totalling 14hrs of waiting for them to answer .
I did manage to make contact via facebook messenger to which i was told 25072020 it would be in my account no such thing happened so via messenger again i have been told by 31072020 maybe,The fact they never answer the phone and messing me about and telling lies
