My complaint:
Booking number 8271787.
I booked a caravan with your Company, and paid the deposit as requested. The balance is due in 28.08.2020, and would be collected automatically on the 28.08.2020.
This amount has been taken from my bank one month early, in the 28.07.2020. Would you ensure that his payment of £484.00 is immediately returned to me, when it can be collected again in 28.08.2020, as per our agreement.
Suggested solution:
Return the £484.00 immediately.
