My complaint:

I was unable to take my holiday owing to travel restrictions in Wales because of covid 19, I informed Parkdean of the situation either they took a week to answer my email or didn’t answer at all, they have now in formed me that they have cancelled my holiday because of non payment of balance and that my deposit is non-refundable.

Suggested solution:

Refund my deposit
