My complaint:
Hi. I have tried to locate a contact email and have been unable to find one. I’d like to make a formal complaint and give you the chance to compensate me before I leave reviews online. We arrived at white acres yesterday at caravan 44 on cedar. Upon arrival we were greeted to an abundance of rubbish outside the van and a bottle of urine underneath the caravan, this was our first impression before even opening the door. Then inside the first thing I spotted was the huge cobwebs in each corner of the caravan, so it was quite obvious it had not been deep cleaned as it should have during these time’s especially! I paid £1,400 for a family holiday after not being able to abroad, and I am absolutely shocked to see what we have got for our money. It’s the most basic van I have ever stayed in and the most I have ever paid. The bedding in the double bedroom was wet through, not damp, wet! And we had no choice but to sleep in it. There is zero storage to unpack anything and no room to even put our cases out of the way. The toilet brush is disgusting and covered in feces. The shower was not cleaned properly and had bleach sitting in the base of it, honestly the list is endless, I am gutted that we have to stay in this van for another 6 days!
