My complaint:
I had this holiday booked for some time waiting for lockdown to be lifted and paid what I felt was a premium price of nearly £2000.00 for me, my wife and 1 dog..When arrived I was surprised our accomodation was No; 1 seashore, right next door to the so called entertainment venue, it was a horror for 2 pensioners having to put up with really loud music and what must have many hundreds of revellers turning out of this place at midnight passing right by where we were staying. Not just that if not bad enough my dog could not use the beach, no mention of that when I booked, during the two weeks there was nothing to eat but chips and fish and nowhere to get food , the access to the ‘resort’ was one narrow road in and out which was dier. I could not get booked into any activities for ie; swimming, overall the noise was something else and I was very disappointed as the place was described as a peaceful location in the brochure I had.
I know we have come out of a terrible time and staff have been pinged but surely temps could have been brought in to cope with suppling food.
the whole experience was a waste of money , I’m sure i’ve left stuff out there was too much to mention and want to forget….Rp
Suggested solution:
A refund for mis representation of the true reality of this place of yours, not even a text to warn us of a possible problem pending so we could be aware of the situation and address accordingly and you did send text messages to me looking forward to seeing us there,,,, all in all shocking....
