My complaint:
My parents are of failing health and have had to surrender their caravan ownership at Skegness The Belfry No 60 in the name of Mr Mrs Oliver. It was agreed by your HO that they would buy back the caravan at £3,400 back in December 2021.
We have tried to resolve this issue with your employee Rachel who we were given as a contact. We have been chasing this up with her for last 3 months, unfortunately she does not return calls or action what has been agreed. Totally unacceptable customer service!
Suggested solution:
All we require is the monies to be sent to my parents bearing in mind that as its taken as long as it has Parkdean Resorts should not deduct any maintenance monies from this sum as this delay is a direct result of Rachels inefficiency in dealing with this matter.
If you require paperwork signing off why not send it? otherwise why not send the agreed figure in a cheque to their address.
