Parkdean Resorts complaint: Parkdean have sold my holiday to another company

My complaint:

I have a holiday booked at Hayling Island later this year. Parkdean have sold this park to another company without first informing people that had booked with them,therefore not giving them a chance to swap to another park. Now parkdean are telling me there is nothing they can do about my booking (basically washing their hands of my booking), telling me I have to contact the new company to deal with it. They will not give me any information. I don’t want to holiday with the new company, hence the reason we booked with Parkdean as we have for the last 12 years. They seem to think thst my booking will be exactly the same, even though the entertainment characters will be different, activities, branding , etc are all different, the only thing the same is the caravan I have booked. This to me is a different holiday to the one I booked. They will not help and I can’t change my booking to another Parkdean park.

Suggested solution:

Help me change my holiday to another of their parks and either offer a discount off that booking or offer me a new booking at the price I originally paid.
