Parkdean Resorts complaint: Lots of issues

My complaint:

It was supposed to be dog friendly but we couldn’t use the pool or the clubhouse the safari tent that we were in the dogs could get out of the tent but it was the same with other dogs on site tents not secure ideally on decking there should have been a gate to prevent dogs running off.
Inside tent, it had mould and the bedding was damp there was no phone signal or internet so if my partner had gone to the toilet or anyone else and there was a problem there was no way of being contacted.No cctv on site and all our belonging had to be kept in our cars this site was the worst we been on.On leaving we chatted to a manager Steve he said we were the first to complain but i seen at least 3 other people complaining the time we was with him on Friday morning the safari tent was Rose 1.

Suggested solution:

Well being described as dog friendly could have catered for people with there pets a lot better i feel we should be compensated and the toilets were quite a trek away from us me and my partner are almost 60 and we have health issues.
