My complaint:
We arrived at Parkdean Sandford on 29722 for 7 nights. When we arrived the plot that we picked on there website wasn’t what we picked. We payed 618 for a piece of land to park our motorhome for the 7 nights. I have never been shocked when we arrived there was cigarettes ends and dog poo on the site we payed for. The electric hook up was hanging off. It was a disgrace. The final straw was that my self and my family was woken up in the early hours at 12.45am by the women in the motorhome next to us being assaulted by a women. My family my two young children aged 7 and 10 had to listen to this women being assaulted then sobbing and screaming. This went on till 2am my children went to bed at 3.30 am they was scared and so frightened. The next day I had enough I was paying for a plot of land that looking nothing like the pictures then my two children had been subjected to violence. I then heard that the perpetrators where still on the site. I had my kids sobbing because they didn’t feel safe. When I confronted Parkdean they offered me another site were the women who was assaulted was going for my family safety we accepted as of 5pm on the 31st of July the perpetrators where still on site. We was offered a site over a hr away which wasn’t like for like but it was away from the perpetrators. We was moved to westbay it’s not where we wanted to go but my girls wanted a holiday. I feel robbed of our holiday I will never book with Parkdean again.
Suggested solution:
I want a full refund and the petrol for moving sites I want compensation for ruining my family holiday
