My complaint:
we stayed at your Bideford Bay resort in May and when parking my car was damaged by a hidden tree stump pulling off the front bumper. We were told by reception to contact Lauren Masters (Manager) who would look at any costs incurred. I have emailed her several times without a single response. I gave all details and pictures. No signs were up about hidden tree stumps. Your engineers arrived whilst we were waiting for recovery and removed the stump and I have pictures of this. My insurance company wanted to write off the car but it was only the bumper damaged. I asked for the holiday park to reimburse us to get home (£368) RAC and £583 for the repairs to bumper and under cover. I don’t feel this is an extreme amount and only fair. I am only asking for cost price to be reimbursed. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and advise.
