My complaint:

Window in lounge handle was broken clean off, blind cord broken cauldent close, restaurant took two hour’s to bring food and it was rubbish, never seemed to have enough staff, pool system was first come based, so we had to wait in the cold with a baby, not enough charging cubicles, for the people coming out of the pool and those going in, also closed for two days for unseen circumstances, no explanation given, playground had safety issues due to the fencing not adequate to stop young children going into the water, I had to run after my five year old grandson as he was taken down to the water by some boys he was playing with, luckily I was watching him at the time and brought him straight back, this was very distressing for me and his family, the arcade had no change and so we cauldent play the machines, and the ones that were supposed to be working, the money got stuck and no staff to get it back,

Suggested solution:

There is a lot wrong with this park, and there seems to be no staff which won't make this park function properly, we payed good money to stay here and we got poor quality, which gives us bad memories not what we're told on booking, seems to be more Interested in getting more caravans sold rather than dealing with holiday park.
