My complaint:
arrived at my chalet cigarette butts up the path outside.then all staff forgot how to help or smile .booking activites was to be told u have no slots when the bunggie trampolines where shut.then entertainment was all on a screen . same peoplle doing same thing every night . then it topped it all when ur restaurents shut on thursday at 6 because u had no chips . at the bar no bottled water no crisps or nuts .i thought i was on holiday not on the streets.shut everything down early. i will not ever recommend this holiday to anyone.please reply
