My complaint:
I had an original booking for camping 17th July 2021
I contacted your live chat and was upgraded to a caravan at a different site but the wrong dates were booked . The agent booked us from the 16th July and not the 17th .
We are unable to attend the 17th at all . We now need a refund for the original camping amount we paid of £287??
I have been on the phone for 1 hour please from the original contact last Friday 7th May your live chat has had technical difficulties .
