My complaint:
We had a weekend booked here in September. The caravan was meant to be deluxe, it stunk, was dirty, out dated, full of bugs which gave us bites. The site itself wasn’t Covid safe, no social distancing in the clubs or swimming. Swimming pool and changing area was dirty, it made me 1 year old I’ll as she accidentally swallowed the water as toddlers do. We checked out after 1 day and complained to park dean but they said as we hadn’t complain to the site itself we’re liars. We didn’t feel safe at the whole site so got out of there as quick as we could.
Suggested solution:
We want to know something is being done. We got bites from the caravan, I’ll from the swimming pool and have been told that’s fine. We want compensation, we spend hundreds of pounds for basically one night in a disgusting hell hole.
