Parkdean Resorts complaint: Lack of cleaning

My complaint:

When we arrived at the caravan we were upset at the surroundings, and were even more upset and disappointed when we went inside the caravan. There was literally dog hair all over the carpets, like someone had just deshedded a dog in there! The smell of dogs was overpowering aswell.
We paid alot to upgrade to take our non shedding pets with us to then have to put up with a disgusting amount of dog hair from someone’s else’s pet.
We text reception and all they offered was housekeeping, but housekeeping should of been done properly before we arrived! We wanted to be moved to a clean caravan!
We didn’t want to remove our belongings and we didn’t want to leave our belongings in there with the cleaners. So we spent ages trying to hoover and clean it up as best we could.
I feel so upset that we paid for an upgrade and really felt like we had downgraded! If that was an upgrade what an earth was the previous accommodation?!
The fee for each dog is for a deep clean, which wasn’t carried out so did the previous people not pay a fee or are you just conning people? As a deep clean should include at least a proper vacuum for removal of hair and a carpet clean when the smell is that bad!

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of the £40 each dog that we had to pay as apparently the charge is for a deep clean. A normal clean wasn't even carried out let alone a deep clean so I know you wouldn't have carried out a deep clean after we left either.
