Parkdean Resorts complaint: No telephone access for emergencies

My complaint:

My husband and I went to .Carmarthen Bay holiday village from Monday 17th May 2021 until the 21st May 2021. On the evening of Wednesday 19th May 2021, in the evening we noticed that the gas had run out. As we were going to go to bed, we thought we would leave it until the morning to call someone. First thing in the morning I telephoned the number 01267 267511, on 11 occasions, but could not get through to anyone, I tried to leave a message for the reception but it did nit give me the option to leave one. I also tried to ring Security, but no one answered, I could hear that I was being passed to a different number, but still no reply. I also tried calling on 03332076641 and 03301234985, and could still nit contact anyone. This made me very frustrated as although I did nit consider it an emergency, should there have been one is not satisfactory. This put a dampener on the holiday, and decided to leave early. I went into the reception to complain and spoke to a Zoe Swift, Owner Guest Experience Manager. She really was not interested in what I had to say, and just said, the Security were probably changing over shifts. She said she could not contact that person as they would be in bed. To date I have not heard from her as to why I could not contact anyone and feel this certainly is not the way to run a business. This has certainly put us off from booking with your company again, and would nit recommend that particular Park. We have been to several Parks and never encountered this kind of problem.

Suggested solution:

She should contact us to apologise and say what happened and ensure that this never happens again.
