My complaint:

i am absolutely disgusted in how this park and its staff has deteriorated in the space of a year,
we arrived on friday 28th may for 3 nights,
we were initially booked in plot T9, but on arrival, we found that the grounds to be water logged, needing the assistance of a tractor to get us on pitch, however, someone else had taken our plot half hour before us, so was allocated t28, this pitch however was nothing but a puddle of mud the full area of caravan and awning, so we had no choice but to take pitch 20.
other guests started arriving who were allocated plots that were already occupied, causing hostility between each guest there, ( some had paid extra to reserve specific plots that had been occupied already) all this because your staff had allowed one person the week earlier to pick their own choice of pitch causing it to be a free for all. (plot 28 that was reserved for my mom that was pre occupied on arrival)
if the start to this break wasn’t bad enough, we then used the boat house for a meal, 4 adults and 2 children, the meal cost in excess of £80, every meal that arrived was freezing cold, one meal missing completely and one was completely wrong and not ordered,
when i mentioned to the staff a meal was missing, i was grunted at and told to wait, they bought that meal over 10 minutes later, again, freezing cold, i then got the chance to mention my order was incorrect, so I’m assuming a supervisormanager was fetched, and before i could even speak, was yelled at by your employee, saying well the order isn’t wrong, i ordered steak and was given chicken, it was definitely wrong,
so they said would i like it replaced or order something else, i asked for the fish instead,
by the time they bought me my cold fish and chips, the rest of the party i was with had finished their meals and desserts.
the only member of your staff that was polite and helpful was the guy driving a tractor and that is only because he leaves on friday for a new job,
the lack of organization and terrible rude unhelpful staff throughout our stay, has not only ruined our vacation, but lowered my opinion of your sites, i will NEVER step foot on a parkdean site again, and will do my upmost to make sure no one i know does so either,
to be spoken to like a piece of shit, in front of a restaurant full of people, because i had the nerve to ask for the food i ordered and paid for, is shocking,
