My complaint:
Hi i would like to make a complaint about our caravan we have just getting back from a week away at southness caravan park the caravan when we arrived was not clean the pans had food on them the floor was cushion floor that had black tape over it as it had holes underneath when we booked the caravan the pictures showed carpet and it wasn’t the second day we got there our electric was cut off from 9am till 5pm we was not informed that this was going to happen so we had to go out for the day and buy food, there was no mop for our floors as we had dogs no iron or ironing board the bedroom had wall paper that was ripped off i know its a dog caravan but it was just a mess we always go to dog caravans but this was just horrible we are devastated as the park and location was brilliant but we are not happy especially about the electric been cut off thats why we get a caravan to be able to make use out of it am hoping you can do somthing about this look forward to hearing from you

I would like some sort of refund as we went out and spent our own money and was able. To. Enjoy our caravan for a full day
