My complaint:

I Stayed at ‘Withernsea Sands’ from the 28821 to the 4921 with my four grandchildren. We had all put together to pay the £55.00 for the Entertainment Passes as we all wanted to use the pool (passes we was told was to get into the Swimming pool, Restaurant all Entertainment). Not once in our whole weeks stay did anyone ask to see our passes as we went into the Restaurant or into any of the Entertainment. People that we talk with told us that you didn’t need a pass to get in to any of the Entertainment, you just walk in? Then I tried to book the swimming pool for the grandchildren, but every time i tried I was told it was fully booked, I also asked at the front desk and was told that the pool was all booked up for the week, so my grandchildren never got to get in the pool at all. I am SO ANGRY, WHY didn’t anyone tell me that the pool could be fully booked for the week when I paid the £55 for the passes? my grandchildren saved up there pocket money to pay for these passes, passes that they did not need and never got what they payed for…..

Suggested solution:

Full refund of £55.00 my grandchildren paid for the Entertainment Passes.
