My complaint:
On first impression’s the Caravan was very clean , during our stay the Twins pulled off the cushions you sit on to play with . When we saw the mess and filth under the cushions we were disgusted. We did report the matter and in fairness they offered to clean it ,but as we were leaving the next day we declined as it would have inconvenienced us more .We left the next day but unfortunately left behind 2x dresses 1x cardigan 2x men’s shirts all in the same wardrobe. Noticing this a few days later we contacted Brynowen , They searched for our belongings but told us they could not find them but assured us they had and always have given every caravan a deep clean before someone new enters the Caravan .If this was true there would not have been absolute filth under the cushions .So when the caravan ha the deep clean did they open the wardrobe like they remove the cushions. SO WERE ARE OUR CLOTHES ????? . I shall be contacting the police on this matter

When we contacted the office at Bryowen the girl who answered the phone was in my opinion very unhelpful she didn\'t even ask our name , When pushed for the Managers name she was very unhelpful and ha to be ed The manager should contact us with an apology and a resolution to our clothes. For some reason the pictures will not attach
