My complaint:
I purchased a holiday lodge in September 2020 and I am still waiting for my decking and other snagging issues to be completed. Firstly my lodge couldn’t go on its original pitch and when they sited eventually they badly damaged the corner. This was finally fixed 5 months later in March but I have now been advised that the original decking plan will not fit on this pitch either and they will send me a new design. This was over 10 days ago and I have visited their office 5 times now, phoned at least 4 times and emailed but no one is responding to me
There are also other snagging issues which haven’t been completed with no updates
What was supposed to of been an enjoyable experience for me has turned into a nightmare as the aftercare of this company has been appalling
Suggested solution:
I would like my decking to be completed and all outstanding snagging problems remedied or be moved to a pitch so the company can fulfill their original decking plan
I was also advised at purchase that if I was not happy with the pitch once I started using the lodge that a move to a new pitch would be FOC
