My complaint:

I booked a holiday through the sun holiday on the27th March. It says to allow two weeks for ation from the site but to be vigilant due to covid. I also had a holiday booked back in November which got cancelled also. But before then the ation email toke a while so seen it as standard protocol. Last night I have a email from the park to pay the fees and the breakdown. To receive a cancelled email first thing. I ring the park they say After a hour on hold that there’s nothing they can do and I can’t go to that park! And I can go in October or Monday to Friday. Which due to covid my children hve had enough time off school so that wouldn’t be practical. They said the alternative would be to go to camarthen next weekend and other parks Essex and stuff. I agreed to change to a park that’s three hours from my house or the alternative was I get nothing. No refund nothing! I feel like going to the newspaper with this as it’s completely unfair on my children to not be allowed out holiday even thought I rang as soon as I had the email this morning. I’m disgusted l! Oh yes and my other option was u can book and stay at the park but u would have to pay 269 but loose ur 50 u already paid. That’s appalling
