My complaint:
I’m outraged I paid over £700 last February for a holiday which included kids entertainment swimming every day no time limit arcades and much more because of covid we only allowed to go swimming 3 times for 45 mins and there is no entertainment and no arcades was told on phone couple months ago If this was to happen we would receive part refund as we are not receiving the full package we paid for to be told today they doing nothing no goodwill gesture not even vouchers for meals or anything
Suggested solution:
Part refund or vouchers to spend on site
