My complaint:
We come to stay Friday to Monday the cabin was absolutely amazing on the Saturday I trios on a screw that was not screwed right down in the cabin I have a big cut on the bottom of my left foot which resulted in me not being able to go in the hot tub do the horse riding and take my grandchildren to the beach I took pictures went to reception only to be given two cheap plasters that obviously did not stay on for long I have now come home the bottom of my foot on which I have pictures of is very sore and painful I’m finding it hard to put pressure on my foot as it cut reopens when I do I was very appalled to be offered a £60 of a ungraded next time we come I have sent numerous emails which I have not received a reply I have tried on several occasions to call with no joy
Suggested solution:
I’m hoping they will reimburse me for my holiday and may be out of it being there fault offer me and my grandchildren amd free get away
