My complaint:

Dear sir or madam
I stayed at regent bay in Morecambe on the weekend of 20052022 on Sunday 22052022 myself and my party members fell ill,we were sick and very lathargic we also had bad headaches and dizziness,at approximately 5pm the carbon monoxide alarm started to beep no alarm so we all got out of the caravan(Shearwater 4 ).we went straight to reception and asked for a manager but there wasn’t one,a youn man from the restaurant and showboat came to see us and could see we were Ill,he went to the caravan and said it looked like a fault on the alarm but advised us not to stay there as he couldn’t be sure if it was safe,we decided to go home as our weekend had been ruined,we gave him a written statement and he said the park manager would be in contact the next day,I also called on the Monday 23052022 parkdean general enquiries and went through everything as we didn’t want anybody going into the caravan without it being checked, said I would get a call within 7 days. I am very disappointed that I have not received a call or email regarding the situation not even to see how we were.which we all felt better after being in the fresh air.
I have emailed this from complain.biz
Kind regards
Mrs Jennifer Rolland

Suggested solution:

A call or email would be nice and some sort of compensation
