My complaint:
We stayed on this sight may half term and to say we where disappointed is an understatement! On arrival we where informed there was no pool until Wednesday. The site itself was run down and unkempt with dirty empty caravans sat idle making the site look down trodden and neglected. The caravan inside was dirty with curtains missing in one bedroom and falling off the rails in the rest of the rooms. Soft furnishings needed a deep clean. Cuing times for bar and waiting time for food was ridiculous. First night stud in cue to order food at the bar to be told 12 hour wait but could try the chip shop ! Decided to do so as we where tired and children where hungry. Waited 30 minutes in this cue to be told no fish no cod bites no pasties ! Then when ordered other items waited a further 40 minutes for it to be prepared! You couldn’t sit outside your caravan and relax due to location of parking, the footfall through the grass area was very busy ! We had no water for 3 hours on the Thursday tea time so couldn’t get ready to go out wash up etc !!! On the hole our holiday was spent in a cue on a caravan park in need of a lot of tlc. We pain £720 for a 4 night stay which we feel was way over priced for the stay and experience we had !
