My complaint:
We have had a bereavement in the family which has stopped us from being able to go on holiday this week I’m not allowed to get a refund or even a change of date because I didn’t purchase the insurance but I feel in these devastating circumstances in which one of the people that were supposed to come on the holiday have died they should of honour this
Suggested solution:
All I wanted was some kind of voucher to be able to book again in the future, no I’m beginning to feel I want a full refund
