My complaint:

We have been holidaying at weeley bridge for 6 years sometimes 3 or 4 times a year i telephoned to ask about a loyalty discount but was told parkdean already gave discounts on some holidays but someone booking for the first time get the same discount as a regular, i booked a new for this year cactus 2 bedroom caravan for 7 nights starting may 16th 3 weeks before the holiday i received a call telling me the caravan would not be ready and they only had a 3 bedroom which i refused because of lack of space in the main bedroom i was told they had a 2 bedroom for the following week so i booked that 2 days before the holiday i received a call from park to our arrival and told me i would be staying in firs 16 which is a 3 bedroom caravan itold them i had booked a 2 bed but they said it was all they had after all these years this is how we are treated

I don't know how they can we arrive on site tomorrow
