My complaint:

WE CAME TO ROMNEY SANDS HOLIDAY PARK SATURDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER REF NO: 7857164 THIS IS OUR 3RD TIME HERE AND WE PAID FOR A 1PM CHECK IN WHEN WE ARRIVED THE CARAVAN HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE GIVEN A LUNCH VOUCHER WE HAD BEEN SHOPPING AND BOUGHT CHILLED AND FROZEN FOOD WHICH BY THE TIME WE GOT TO THE VAN IT WAS 3.20PM AND FROZEN HAD ALL DEFROSTED.THE RECEPTIONIST SAID SHE WOULD CALL WHEN THE VAN WAS READY BUT SHE DIDN’T I CALLED HER EVEN THOUGH SHE APOLGISED THE FROZEN FOOD WAS NO GOOD.

Suggested solution:

I WOULD LIKE TO BE REFUNDED FOR THE EARLY CHECKIN WHICH I PAID FOR THIS SERVICE BUT NEVER GOT IT WHICH I THINK IS ONLY FAIR.
