My complaint:
Went into caravan mushrooms and onion still left in kitchen sink no cleaning been done hairs in freezer fridge disgusting rubbish not from us underneath pull out bed not hoovered when rang to complain woman on white acres desk ok supervisor of the cleaning shift rude seemed like it was too much trouble to clean again we had Asda comin with our groceries paid for early check in had to put our groceries in back of our car cleaner could not even be bothered to come and talk to us after she had done we had to guess it was ok there were ants inside near the table smelt of mould in every bedroom had 3 nights of no entertainment had to go to Newquay for kids paid 800 pound for this never again
Suggested solution:
I think we should be discounted with some money off what we have paid was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this holiday was a lot of money also forgot to mention on the decking we have photos egg shell and loads of crap the woman who came back to clean said well it’s outside we have lots of photos if u need them
