My complaint:
on arrival on the 26th June there was no member of staff to show us to our pitch we was not sure of the boundaries .That weekend the toilet and shower block had not been cleaned had no hand soap and bins over flowing with rubbish.On the Monday of the 28th June i asked a member of staff as he was walking around the meadows about the cleaning of the shower block he said they don’t have staff in at the weekend to clean.We had to return home on the evening of the 5 Th July due to the meadows field becoming water logged could not go to reception as it was closed Our holiday was until the 10th July no way we could of stopped on the meadows as it was water logged and coming into the tent.I would like a refund for the 5 days holiday we have lost.
