My complaint:
Totally different caravan to the one we seen on your virtual video the accommodation needs a risk assessment oven door glass doesn’t shut fan in the bathroom full of dust fire extinguisher not date no light in fridge it stated on the caravan been enhanced cleaned awful hygiene not acceptable completely ruined our holiday your team that run this site Totally incompetent will not listen to anything we are reporting total lack of managing customers your SLA has failed. We travelled from Leicester for this and ended up in this situation
Suggested solution:
Listen to what the customer is complaining about asses the situation offer some sort of mediation meet us halfway offer some sort of refund totally ruined our main holiday
