My complaint:

Booked serviced pitch as advertised, no 46,hardstandinggravel ….no hardstanding pitchs what so ever.Spoke to a man in reception about this,he clearly didn’t care,found out he was the manager. Shower blocks not clean,the tent people were using our shower block as there’s was shut.No wifi on the touring pitch,our pitch was mud with a deep trye track running through it where the person before had got stuck,the people opposite us had to move as they were sinking….Holidays are meant to be stress free,this was not,beautiful location but shit site,chatting to others they only come back because of that,no staff,don’t care attitude, no more PARK DEAN HOLIDAYS……never again.When I booked I booked by phone and made sure it was a hard standing pitch and we choose the pitch number which was no.46,I would of never booked if I had been told that there was no hardstanding pitches, it states that there is on the website as well.We were there from the 10th -17th of July this year.

Suggested solution:

I want some sort of refund,not a voucher, as we will never do a PARK DEAN HOLIDAY AGAIN...
