My complaint:
I was told there was things to do on site and off site and I find nothing at all to do. Kids moaning they bored. We was all bored and fed up by Monday so decided to come home. Was told dogs could go on beach they can’t. Caravan seating area and beds was uncomfortable. Went into bar for football and was rudely spoke to by Welsh customer which wasn’t right so went to go back to caravan at full time and got more abuse from them as we was leaving. I personally think I was wrongly told what the place was like. Kids went swimming was no slide working and no changing rooms open. Bin using this company for years but I will never go back to Borth
