My complaint:
Booking Reference 8823483 It appeared that the caravan had not been cleaned prior to our arrival, the main problems being the following.
1) oven not working and covered in grease
2) toilet leaking and smelly
3) blocked sink in kitchen
4) carpets filthy
5) bedroom lights covered in dust
But the biggest problem was the smell of gas,
Suggested solution:
They sent in cleaners when we were out, but this did not resolve the problems relating to oven, toilet or sink , we just didn't use them .
With the gas problem, they just turned it off , so we had no hot water
This complaint should be resolved by them issuing a refund.
