My complaint:

I recently visited Withernsea sands site with my MOTORHOME for four days with my wife we are both disabled,we arrived on the Sunday after noon 4 july, the next day I went to get a shower and use the toilet, to find the disabled facility locked,I went to the ordinary bathroom where there was a cleaner working and asked for help to get a key she said she hadn’t got one and didn’t know how to get one .so I left and went back when she had finished cleaning, the cubicle was very small and didn’t lock properly and no room for my clothes also the timer on the shower was set absurdly low it took at least 7pushers of the button to get rinsed,a bit later we went to the reception were I asked about the key for the disabled facility to be told I could get one from my local council office,i complained that was silly as I was already on holiday,to be told again where to get a key and there was nothing they could do obout it as that was the company policy.we left on the Wednesday two days early as we couldn’t use the facility’s properly.if that is how you treat disabled people I find it disgusting and will not be using park dean resorts again. Thank you jimhaigh

Suggested solution:

Make the disabled facility able to be used better
