My complaint:
We stayed on landgard holiday park on the week of the 5th of July… I sent a big email over to park dean complaints team about how me and my son are disabled so need a caravan close to the entertainment complex and they said no problem but I had to pay q £50 add on witch I did… we was at a bottom of a hill ! In a old style caravan… the evening entertainment was my children watch charters on a TV !!!! The arcade half the machines wasn’t working and even the 2p machines was empty.. we went swimming and they had nothing for kids today and even the flume was off. Parking wasn’t next to our caravan it was in a car park .. again at another bottom of a hill so me being disabled have major back problems this was a huge problem…. I ended up having to pay £13.99 so my children have internet because there was nothing to do in the evenings but after paying that the internet signal was awful and my child couldn’t even watch them. Thursday morning we went to get breakfast from there on site pub but was told they only serve breakfast on a Monday and a Friday morning from 10am…. well we couldn’t get in our caravan until 1pm on Monday and had to be out by 9am Friday… not really sure why that would even work !!!! I’m terribly upset by this as this was our last family holiday because I’m due a major back operation soon that will wipe me off my feet for 4 months ! After already speaking to parkdean they did not resolve this at all other than deny all of it !
