My mother Mrs Marlene Smith had too cancel her holiday with you Las month, her booking day was the 5th of July and she hasn’t received any information about her final payment or insurance, I’ve tried many numbers too have some contact with you but I’ve had no response. My mother is a elderly woman with a severe heart condition and doesn’t need the stress. Her booking number is 8198138
