My complaint:
In Nov 2019 I booked a SUN Holiday to your Whiteley Bay. We had a lovely long weekend on the site and enjoyed it very much.
Therefore we booked the same long weekend to return. I rang to pay the balance of my booking, but the woman I spoke to said that I had not booked a dog friendly caravan.
I know I had booked this as that is the reason we go away in November, to get our dog away from the fireworks at home.The operator did not offer to help me at all.I told her that I would

contact Sun Holidays to complain and ask them to sort it out.Shortly after this I received an email from you saying my booking had been cancelled and I had lost my deposit.I rang back to complain and I received an eamil asking if I wanted to go onto some kind of list.i agreed to this but it was the last I heard. I never had a reply from the SUN.
I was really upset about this I may as well have thrown my deposit in the bin.
I, can,t belive you cancelled my break without trying to help me.Having praised your company due to the lovely break we had I will be careful not to recommend your company to anyone again.I can see from your reviews that people have also had bad experiences.
