My complaint:
On arrival not clean had to have re clean also maintemance jobs needed doing , which were the following cloths rail in bedroom broken, fire in lounge not working needs tobe replaced, kitchen cupboards were peeling and had sharp edges,light bulds . maintemance man come to carvan to do jobs but could only fix 2 of the jobs as they had no equitment to fix the other jobs .
We also found mould in main bedroom by the bed and bed frame was also dirty.housekeeping came to sort this out. we pointed out that this is not good enough and we would like some form of compensation as we paid good money to stay for the 2 weeks we were told something would be sorted out but nothing has happend we are comming back to white acers in october . we feel very dissapointed and hope this does not get pushed to one side.
Suggested solution:
make sure the cleaning is done propley and give the staff the materials todo the jobs
