ParcelCompare complaint: Non collection and no response to awful live chat!!

My complaint:

I was promised a collection Thursday 26th, Staff waited and no one showed up. I also spoke direct to TNT and then had it down on there system for collection also. I was disappointed to sign on this morning to a Failed collection on the website. This was a delivery that was meant to go out Tuesday with another firm who messed me about. So for it to then be repeated by yourselves and now i am getting no response is very frustrating.

TNT i called again to chase why and she said it was not assigned to a driver!! Its just crazy something so simple has turned into a right headache

Suggested solution:

A contact number to call to start, this live chat is useless. A person to check and pre book or cancel would be ideal. its not live chat if its 4hrs before you get a reply.
Express delivery at no extra cost and collected today asap. They need to be at a Logistic show in Barcelona for 30th
