My complaint:
I had money taken out of my Bank Account on the 24th July £60 saying Parcel compare. U told my about the bill which I’m not aware of it. I used your Website and paid online on Parcelforce for my Garden Poles which was charge twice for 1 parcel and was refunded in May that was it. So now why I was charged with u £60 parcelforce they said they dnt keep Bank Details wen I asked them ask your Bank which I did and u gave them evidence which I’m not aware of it u scammed me I want my money refunded back in my Account immediately cause I never gave u my Bank account details please Thank u

Refund my £60 which u scammed me I never gave u my Bank Details I pay Parcelforce not Parcel compare as it is on my Bank charges. 1 service I paid
