My complaint:
On 13 June I sent a shipment sold on ebay via packlink, using their inpostHermes service. I paid by paypal. The Transaction id was 4RW89305G97318909, the tracking number was 0586078507053077 and the reference number was GB2021EBAY0026812037.
The parcel arrived broken, despite the extensive packing around it. I want to claim for the cost of it

Refund the cost of the item
