My complaint:
In the beginning of January I send a package from the UK to the Netherlands. via packlink containing books. Due to Brexit the package was not delivered (did not leave the UK). For the next months the package travelled back and forth between different facilities. I have been in touch continously with customer service, but nothing helped. Recently my package was abandoned by the carrier, which claimed the sender and receiver had abandoned it (which is myself and I did not abandon the package)
My package has not been declared lost and therefore packlink refuses to send my claim to the claim’s department. They want me to sign a form now according to which they will try to retry the lost package, but I would be responsible for all expenses, and they cannot even indicate how much those expenses would be.
Completely unacceptable.
Suggested solution:
send my claim to the claim's department. I got an insurance for my package especially for this purpose.
